We’ve taken this year’s annual event virtual!
Join us online on Saturday, July 18, at 6:00 pm to support the work of the Museum of the San Ramon Valley. We’ll come together for a short (60 minutes) but impactful program. In addition, we are having our first online Silent Auction with a variety of exciting items.
How do I participate?
Step 1: Register for the virtual event by clicking here. We will send you an email with instructions for joining our live event.
Step 2: Register to bid here and then click on Start Bidding. You'll be asked for your contact information and to enter your credit card to our secure system. Once registered, you'll be set to bid once the auction opens.
What will the virtual event be like?
An informative, fun night has been planned! Experience a school day at the Tassajara One Room School, learn a little history, and raise funds for the Museum.
How do I bid on auction items?
Our silent auction opens Monday, July 13 and will close Sunday, July 19. You can browse our exciting auction items until until July 13, when the auction opens. Make sure you are registered to bid (see Step 2 above!). We will send reminders with your link to bid so you don't miss out on your favorite items.
How do I receive my auction item if I am the highest bidder and win an item?
Items will be available for pickup at the Museum starting on Monday, July 20 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm daily through Friday, July 24. If you are unable to pick up your item between the specified hours, please contact Donna Grier, Administrative Director at (925) 837-3750 or srvmuseum@sbcglobal.net to make special arrangements. The Museum is located at 205 Railroad Ave, Danville.
